Terms of Service

USAGE AND CREDITS✦ All commissioned work may be used in Inkuii's portfolio, both on vgen and elsewhere.✦ Credit must be given to Inkuii when work is shared or displayed.✦ You retain the right to use artwork for non-physical commercial use ONLY (such as posting on social channels). You CANNOT reproduce physical commercial goods (merchandise such as apparel, stickers, etc). If you'd like to use for physical products, please contact me.✦ You or a relative third-party are not allowed to trace over the artwork for any reason. (i.e., creating additional emotes from the commissioned one without permission). If you need to make changes (including edits), please contact me!PAYMENT AND REFUND✦ Payment is expected to be provided a thumbnail has been approved, with the exception of skeb-style commissions.✦ No work will be continued until after payment has been received.✦ Once the payment has been acknowledged by the artist, the process will begin.✦ I do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless I am unable to complete your art.PROCESS AND COMMUNICATION✦ All communication is made through email or VGen.✦ Turnaround time is varied depending on the complexity and current workload. I will update turnaround time as I work.✦ No rush orders will be provided.✦ Clients are allowed revisions for the initial sketch. When the sketch is finalized, no changes to the pose, expression, composition, etc. will be made. Color revisions are allowed!OTHER✦ I tend to stream commissions on twitch.
